Pam is responsible for the content development of all sales and marketing materials including the website, e-blasts, collateral, presentations, and contact databases. In addition she prepares project quotes, supports a team ofsales representatives, tracks projects and sales, fulfills samples, and processes orders.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Business Minor from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN. She also achieved her NCIDQ designation and LEED AP certification. She is actively involved in the IIDA Carolinas Chapter, and served as the Charlotte City Center Director from 2002 to 2004. She currently sits on the IIDA Charlotte Steering Committee. Before joining Contract Solutions in January, she served 7 years in sales and marketing roles for several industry related firms, including Dan Lurie Associates, GCF (Irwin Seating), Flooring Solutions and Delve Interiors (formerly MacThrift Office Furniture) in Charlotte.
Christine received her degrees in both Business from the University of Bridgeport in CT, and in Interior Design from Brooks College in Long Beach, CA. Upon graduating, she worked in Los Angeles as an Interior Designer on several commercial and hospitality projects. Christine transitioned into carpet sales and relocated to Atlanta where she held positions with Durkan, DesignWeave and Ultron carpet fiber. She became a multi line agent representing various commercial interior products and gained additional experience with a variety of finishes including LVT, laminate, and porcelain tile working as an Account Executive with Porcelanosa. Christine is passionate about the commercial interiors industry and an active participant in local IIDA, AIA and NEWH chapters.
Chad is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BA in Marketing. After graduation, Chad went to work with Shaw Industries in residential sales. Shaw moved Chad to the San Francisco Bay area. In San Francisco, Chad took a position with Armstrong that started his commercial flooring career. For the past 10 years Chad has sold commercial resilient flooring in both California and the Georgia / Tennessee market.
